By signing up for and using ICAMPUS360™ Education Management or its upgraded services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These terms govern your use of the technical products and services provided by ICAMPUS360™ Education Management to help manage educational institutions. New features or tools introduced will also be subject to these Terms. Updates or changes to the Terms will be posted on the ICAMPUS360™ Education Management website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

By using ICAMPUS360™ Education Management, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Account Terms

1.Registration

To access the Services, you must register for an account (“Account”) by providing your institution’s full legal name, address, phone number, a valid email address, and other required information.

ICAMPUS360™ Education Management reserves the right to reject or cancel accounts at its sole discretion.

2.Account Responsibilities

You must use the email address provided as your primary method of communication.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and password. ICAMPUS360™ Education Management is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account.

You are responsible for all activities, data, graphics, photos, and links uploaded through your Account.

3.Violations

Breaching these Terms may result in immediate termination of services, and legal action may be pursued where applicable.

Account Activation

1.Ownership

The individual signing up on behalf of an institution (“Account Owner”) must have authorization to bind the institution to these Terms.

2.Payment Gateway

Upon signup, a payment gateway account will be created using the provided email address. Maintaining the payment gateway account is the sole responsibility of the Account Owner.

General Conditions

1.Proprietary Rights

The ICAMPUS360™ Education Management system must not be used for illegitimate purposes. Disputes will be resolved in Karnataka, India.

2.Legal Jurisdiction

The Terms will be governed by Indian law. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

3.Modifications

ICAMPUS360™ Education Management reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after modifications signifies acceptance.

4.Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement. Compliance with applicable laws is your responsibility.
